How the Rollshaper works
Rollshaper sessions are self-guided treatments on a vibrating body-contour device designed to move superficial tissues. The Rollshaper uses gentle vibrations to engage muscle, fascia and nearby lymphatic pathways; clients perform guided positioning to encourage fluid movement and mechanical release across targeted areas of the body.
During a session you should expect guided setup and direction from a technician, followed by your time on the device where vibration patterns and positioning are used to address tight fascia, muscle tension and the texture of the skin. The method is mechanical and session-to-session effects depend on frequency and consistency rather than a single appointment.
Infrared sauna pairing benefits
The program pairs each Rollshaper use with infrared sauna sessions to support circulation and client comfort.
