During your 60-minute infrared session you'll be in a private sauna heated between 100ºF and 140ºF. Expect gentle, deep warmth, progressive sweating, soothing ambient music, towels and water provided. Staff monitors comfort and can adjust temperature or end session anytime.

Infrared saunas are safe for most healthy adults, but we require disclosure of medical conditions. Pregnant people, those with uncontrolled heart disease, recent surgeries, or fevers should avoid sessions. We recommend consulting your physician and informing staff before booking.

Hydrate well before your appointment, avoid heavy meals and alcohol, and remove jewelry or lotions that may trap heat. Wear light clothing or use our provided towels. Arrive ten minutes early to complete a quick health check and get settled.

You may bring a bottle of water and leave personal items in the provided locker. We recommend leaving electronics outside the sauna to avoid heat damage. Towels, water, and a lock are provided; avoid glass containers and heavy belongings during your session.

For detox and relaxation, many clients start with one to two weekly sessions for several weeks, then reduce to maintenance every one to four weeks. Frequency depends on goals, health, and tolerance - discuss a personalized plan with our staff for best results.

Contraindications include pregnancy, implanted medical devices like pacemakers, uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, active infections, or medications that impair heat tolerance. Avoid saunas if intoxicated. Always disclose medical history so our team can advise or require physician clearance before scheduling.
